Human Rights Policy

Last updated: January 2025

01.Our Commitment

Nexavative is committed to respecting and upholding human rights in all aspects of our business operations. We recognise that businesses have a responsibility to respect human rights as articulated in the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) and the International Bill of Human Rights.

02.Scope

This policy applies to all Nexavative employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners globally. We expect all parties operating on our behalf to uphold these standards and values.

03.Our Principles

We are committed to: treating all individuals with dignity and respect; providing a safe and healthy working environment; ensuring fair pay and reasonable working hours; prohibiting discrimination of any kind; prohibiting child labour and forced labour in all its forms; respecting the right to freedom of association and collective bargaining.

04.Due Diligence

Nexavative conducts human rights due diligence across our operations and supply chain. We assess our actual and potential human rights impacts, integrate and act upon findings, track responses, and communicate how impacts are addressed.

05.Grievance Mechanism

We provide accessible grievance mechanisms for employees, suppliers, and affected communities. Any concerns regarding human rights can be raised confidentially through our HR team or via our dedicated ethics reporting channel.

06.Governance

Our Board of Directors holds ultimate responsibility for this policy. Day-to-day implementation is overseen by our Chief Executive Officer, with the People & Culture team responsible for embedding these commitments throughout the organisation.

07.Review

This policy is reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect changes in legislation, business operations, and best practice. We welcome feedback from stakeholders on how we can improve our approach.
